Overview

RGB-30P is our IP68 submersible spotlight, fully sealed for swimming pools, fountains, water features, and other wet installations. Universal 90-264 VAC input with active PFC (PF 87 %), color-changing across 16 million colours, plus strobe and light-show modes. Pairs with our standalone RGB Controller (up to 40 lamps per unit) and the C-300 Windows software for choreographed shows across multiple controllers and microphone-driven light shows.

How it is used

Swimming pools, fountains, water features, ponds, and wet-installed architectural feature lighting. IP68 housing means the unit can be permanently submerged. Bundled with our RGB Controller (drives up to 40 lamps from one unit) and the C-300 Windows software (multi-controller orchestration, microphone-driven light show).

How we build it

Single-board RGB driver and LED array built on our DDM Novastar line. Universal-input AC supply with active PFC on board. The LED array, optics, and IP68 housing assembly are wet-tested at the line before shipping. RGB Controller and the USB / RS-232 adapter that bridges it to a PC are built separately on the same line.

Assembled on our in-house Novastar SMT line: SPR-45, LS60, GF-120HT.

Optical inspection and test

AOI on every driver board. Each completed unit is power-cycled across the full RGB colour wheel and the strobe rate, with a soak in water at the line to verify the IP68 seal before final pack-out.
