IP-rated LED industrial high-bay light, 10 400 Lm at 100 W, universal 90-264 VAC with active PFC, UL1310 Class 2 driver, hook-mount aluminium reflector for ceilings 7-12 m.

Overview

IN-100 is the high-output variant of our industrial high-bay platform. Hook-mounted aluminium reflector for ceilings 7-12 m, narrow ±25° beam with secondary bands at ±7°/±9°/±15.5°. Universal 90-264 VAC input with built-in active PFC drives a UL1310 Class 2 supply. Full electrical and thermal protection set: short circuit, overload, overvoltage, overtemperature, with re-power on to recover. Built on our line; driver and LED array tested as a complete assembly before shipping.

How it is used

Industrial high-bay LED replacement for legacy 250-400 W HID fittings in warehouses, manufacturing halls, and large workshops with ceilings 7-12 m. Narrow ±25° beam is suited to high-bay grids; broader spread variants available on engineering request.

How we build it

Hook-mounted aluminium-reflector LED fixture. Driver PCB built on our DDM Novastar line: SAC305 paste, vision-checked SMD placement, SAC305 reflow at 245 °C, AOI on every joint. LED array and driver are paired and burn-in tested as a complete unit before sealing.

Assembled on our in-house Novastar SMT line: SPR-45, LS60, GF-120HT.

Optical inspection and test

AOI on driver PCB. Each completed unit is power-cycled and luminous-output sampled against a reference at the end of the line.
