Overview

DT is the programmable ambient regulator in our Energetika-VDS temperature line. Two-line LCD shows ambient temperature and active set-point with current time and date. Operator stores up to ten programmable time / temperature points per day plus a separate weekend register; the regulator switches the relay automatically against the calendar. ±1 °C set-point accuracy, ±1 s/day RTC drift, 3.6 V lithium backup retains schedule for 2 years without mains. Two variants share the same board: DT-10 (10 A relay) and DT-20 (20 A relay), selected at order time.

How it is used

Rooms, offices, refrigerators, and light-industrial processes where ambient temperature must follow a daily schedule rather than a fixed set-point. Operator stores ten time/temperature points plus a weekend register; the unit switches the relay automatically against the RTC.

How we build it

Single-board ambient regulator built on our DDM Novastar line. SPR-45 prints SAC305 paste; LS60 places the temperature ADC, MCU, RTC crystal, lithium backup holder, LCD ZIF, and the relay coil driver under vision check. The 10 A or 20 A relay is selected at order time and placed by hand before reflow. GF 120HC reflows at 245 °C. AOI on every joint.

Assembled on our in-house Novastar SMT line: SPR-45, LS60, GF-120HT.

Optical inspection and test

AOI inspects placement, RTC crystal alignment, LCD seating, relay polarity, and solder fillet on the relay contact pads. Functional check at the line: relay switch at the ambient set-point, RTC drift under temperature, and backup-retention behaviour after a 24-hour power-off.
