Windows desktop for programming the four-tariff calendar engine of the M96 / T96 SMART meter family: fifteen day definitions, fifteen week definitions, fifteen season definitions, eight memory profiles. Visual editor with weekday and season heat-map view.

What it is

For the M96 / T96 SMART meter family we built a dedicated tariff-programming desktop. The operator paints a four-tariff colour map across each day definition (24-hour timeline, T1-T4 colour bands), composes weeks from those day definitions, builds seasons from those weeks, and writes the resulting calendar plus eight memory profiles to the meter over the optical port. The result: a utility can change a whole national tariff scheme with a single project file pushed to every meter on the fleet, instead of touching each unit by hand.

What we built

  • Day-definition editor (15 stored, four-tariff colour painter on 24 h × five-minute resolution)
  • Week-profile editor (15 stored)
  • Season-profile editor (15 stored, with start/end date + week profile reference)
  • 12-month heat-map preview of the resulting tariff colours per calendar day
  • Change-profile / Upload-profile commands over the optical port
  • Project save/open, export to the meter, push to fleet

Honest note
